The fence is finished! Well, being built that is. Ron Eberly put the finishing touches on it this morning. Here are Jeff and Ron happy that their job is done!
Now I am ready to paint, spread the paths with mulch, and begin adding the details from Beatrix Potter's tales... like watering cans, wheelbarrows, and little blue jackets!
Of course it will get more difficult to find the time as school has started... We are already 4 days into the year!

Don't get excited...these are not from the Beatrix Potter Garden! Where in her tales does she write about green peppers?
After a brutually hot and unpleasant week, I was finally able to get outside and get some garden work done. Then I went out into the "big" gardens (Farmer Hawkin's gardens) and picked this beautiful bounty of vegetables! Your aff friend, Kathy
